Hi I moved some months ago from Vodafone fibre to Plusnet. My WiFi works through a mesh network connected to my Plusnet router and plusnet WiFi is turned off. I have multiple smart plugs from different manufacturers which until I moved to Plusnet were all very reliable.

Now about every week or so different plugs go 'offline' and a plusnet router reboot sorts it all out. Rebooting the plugs does not sort the problem. It only affects 2 or 3 plugs at a time and once also affected my Ring doorbell. The plugs affected are not alway the same ones.

Does anyone have any ideas how I maintain consistent connections please?

Hey @Brysiewysie,

I'm sorry to hear about this. Have you tried removing all the different smart plugs from the setup at once and then setting them back up, as if it were being setup from scratch? Which model of router is in use and would you be able to try an alternative router to see if this resolves the issue?
