&lt;P&gt;I've pushed a software update to your hub that should help. You'll need to power your hub off/back on to apply it.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>5ghz WiFi isn't working.</title>

      <description>Although all my devices can see the 5Ghz network from my Hub One router, they can't connect to it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Restarting the router resolves this for a while, but then it returns to being unconnectable.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just switched from BT and already having issues day one!</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you still have your BT Hub? If so use that.
