Hi there,

Assuming you're still using the TG585V8 router then if the WPS light goes red it just means the button has been pressed but no devices have connected successfully.

In other words if you're not experiencing any other issues it should be nothing to worry about.

Hi, new to the forum. Had a quick search but was struggling to find an answer to this one.

I came home from work and the WPS light which is normally solid green was solid red. I turned off the router and restarted it but again, the light remained red.

What would cause this to happen and how can I resolve the problem?

Many thanks
