Plusnet Router - slow connection on laptop with 5g connection?

Hi guys,

Hoping someone may be able to help. I have noticed that on my new laptop, the 5g connection is super slow and barely useable. I have the 2g/5g connections separate, and works fine on the 2g connection (albeit with slower speeds). The 5g connection seems to be fine with my other wireless devices, but this particular laptop does not seem to play happy.

I have tried changing the wireless channel etc, but no luck. Any suggestions? I'm considering picking up a BT Homehub 6 anyhow, but just wondering if there are any magic fixes to try?

Can't help with your wifi problem but I suggest you follow up on the HH6. It's far superior to the Hub One especially wifi. As you may know the Hub One is a HH5 in a white frock.

@peanutjimmy - I've pushed an update to your hub that might help. You'll need to restart your hub to apply it.
