Which hub do you have?

https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/router-setup-guides/

If you have superfast fibre, it will probably be the Hub One.

In which case, try separating the 2.4 and 5 GHz wifi. Known issue with iOS devices.

https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Router/2-4ghz-and-or-5ghz-best-practice/td-p/1351950

If you find the 5 GHz wifi stops working for all devices, it may be the issue described here afflicting the Hub One. You would need to request an update for your hub

My new plusnet router is continually being dropped by ipad. Nothing else is being dropped. Tried all usual solutions, e.g. deleting and starting again. Getting very annoyed.
