Delivery address change

Hi,

I need to change the delivery address for my Router. The address for the connection doesn't have a post box. I have tried to call your support but they aren't taking calls and no reply to my Twitter DM.

What's your Twitter handle? I'd like to take a closer look as we've currently got nothing in our queue so we're responding almost immediately. Also did you message @ plusnet or @plusnethelp? Although both would currently work, we're looking at eventually moving fully away from the latter.

Feel free to private message me your account username and the address you'd like your router sending to though and I'll be happy to arrange this for you.
