&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I have amended some settings in your router remotely, so that your wireless frequencies are now split. In your devices WiFi settings you should now see 2 available connections (if the device is compatible), with one ending in -5G.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can you see if you experience the password issue with both frequencies and let us know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi, my broadband is working fine, but for the last few days devices won’t stay connected to tel he router by WiFi and the log in passwords are rejected repeatedly.</description>
