      <description>&lt;P&gt;You might want to start again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Whilst some earlier firmware revisions had issues with 5Ghz WiFi, it has been fixed on your version.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your attachments don't say what you are testing with, if you have split the frequencies, what results you get from a wired connection, if you have used a Wi-Fi&amp;nbsp; analyser to see if you are getting interference from other nearby routers, if you have tried a different device or even browser.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Starting again might be the best thing to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry….. I’ve reactivated the 5ghz and these are the resultsover a wireless connection via an iPad and iPhone 12 Pro. No wired connection is an option. What WiFi analyser would you recommend for the devices?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I have tested your line just to rule out any faults and this hasn't highlighted anything, everything looks good and we are also seeing a stable connection so it does look to be definitely WiFi related.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Are the drops solely occurring on the 5GHz wireless or do they drop when connected to the 2.4GHz too?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot for reaching out and I'm really sorry to hear that the new router has not been sent out. This was caused by a system issue on our end which has now been rectified. I've run some tests on your line which are showing a few dropouts yesterday evening, and other dropouts in the early hours of the morning throughout the week. We usually attribute this to Openreach maintenance though. Going forwards, I've tweaked some settings on your router - splitting the SSID's, so hopefully this will make a difference, it certainly did for me. See how you get on over the next few days and let us know if you're still having problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We are out in the countryside and it gets a bit poor at times. Over the years I've had new master faceplates, new wiring, new connection box on the eaves, think they might even have rewired from the wooden pole about 30m (ish) away. &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@13ACAF1B4DB3038AD540E11CDD6AB984/images/emoticons/cheesy.gif" alt="Cheesy" title="Cheesy" /&gt; It's never 100% and we mostly accept that. But I had gotten used to the Sky Q router and forgotten how the Plusnet one could be iffy. I'm not sure of the correct technical terminology. &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@0FA1396AC0773F33E2DC472BB4F75D3C/images/emoticons/wink.gif" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;Last night was a bit poor weather wise and we had 3 or 4 power outages.&lt;/P&gt;
