I’m not sure what this is and how it connects with plusnet. I’ve got Ethernet ports around the house. I tried plugging in a cable from plusnet to tp-link (not shown in image below), then say in the living room I’ve connected the tv to the Ethernet port in the same room - thinking that might work. Im assuming that the cables from it feed ports around the house. There should be a single cable from one of the LAN ports on the PlusNet Hub one, to one of the ports on the TP Link switch.
