Sagemcom ROUTER 2704N PLUSNET firmware upgrade

Dear team,

I have had this router, Sagemcom model ROUTER 2704N PLUSNET for about 8 months now and have not had major issues until recently where my router is behaving unstable and takes long to load the config pages.

I have restored to factory settings and rebooted with same results.

Could someone please push the latest firmware to it?

Firmware version appears as,

7.275.11_F2704N_Plusnet

and boot loader,

7.275.11

This can be done anytime.

I'm having similar issues and the access control keeps losing the config. I am on

7.275.6_F2704N_Plusnet

which seems very old

@esgesp, that's the latest version we've shipped with.

@asifh, yours is old. I'll look at pushing an update when I'm next in the office. Give me a nudge in a few days if you've not heard from me.

Thanks @bobpullen for coming back.

If I am already on the latest available firmware I guess I need to look at something else because the router is like doing dodgy things more and more often. Configuration pages are not displayed properly when clicked, I need to refresh them continuously and sometimes I haven't got a connection at all despite all lights being on and stable.

Hi @bobpullen and apologies for pestering you again.

I just realised you said this firmware is the latest version you've shipped with however I wonder if Sagemcom may have a newer one and this could be packaged for PlusNet. I got this router since March last year and that is why I am saying, there may have been newer versions since then.

Can you please let me know on this?

@esgesp, there is a build that's a 'dot version' higher, however it doesn't incorporate anything I think will help with the issues you're reporting. I'll push the build to you when I do the same for @asifh.

@asifh, yours has been upgraded. The router will have rebooted to apply the update.

@esgesp, your router seems to be a bit sluggish accepting the upgrade instruction. Might be an idea to reboot the device and see if that helps.

Yes, I think that's expected. As alluded to earlier, the difference between this and the earlier firmware is minimal.
