topic BT Infinity in Full Fibre

BT Infinity

It seems BT have a problem with their Infinity service in the Mansfield area affecting customers on 01623 numbers.

My Plusnet Fibre service has been down since around 9am this morning, so Im assuming it's the same problem. Does anyone have any more info?

Hi @hangar18,

I've had a look at there is indeed an outage in the area. It looks like services are starting to come back online as of about 10 minutes ago but the incident is still showing open at the moment.

This circuit is affected by an Openreach AR. The Incident detail is as follows-

Incident ID: AF-IE-440729538

Start Date: 2019-01-11 @ 09:58:08.

Estimated Completion Date: 2019-01-11 @ 15:58:03

Good to hear. As your connection was absolutely rock solid prior I'd keep an eye on it for the rest of the day just to make sure there's no fallout.
