Just switched and after a week sync speed dropped from 30 to 25
Actual speed confirmed by Plusnet as 23.2
Minimum guarantee is 23
I smell a rat….

I'm really sorry that you've experienced a drop in your speeds and would like to help where I can with this for you.

I have tested your line and the current sync speed is at 24.2mb. Testing hasn't detected any faults in the network however, looking at the data it does show cross talk was detected for around 6 days up until the 12th so that would explain the drop in speed but it hasn't come back up again.

I would first advise to get connected to your test socket: https://community.plus.net/t5/Library/Testing-From-The-Master-Socket/ba-p/1322242 and leave it connected that way for a few days.

Thanks it is very strange as With BT it has been syncing at around 30+ for months
