      <description>&lt;P&gt;I joined Monday and i know it takes around 10 days for speeds to settle&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i joined my speeds were guaranteed to be around&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Estimated download speed 71-72mbps&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the router it's got&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Downstream:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;79.987Mbps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Upstream:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;20Mbps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;However since Monday i've barely near 70Mbps with probably 5.0Mbps the closest i've got&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK, so that is one idea out of the window - a pity, as it is the easiest fix. Can you follow the below, please,&amp;nbsp; and I'll see if I can spot anything?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For Community members to be able to help, information from these two sites, as screenshots:-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL" target="_self"&gt;BT Broadband&lt;/A&gt;(obscuring your phone number) and &lt;A href="https://speedtest.btwholesale.com/" target="_self"&gt;BTW Performance Tester&lt;/A&gt; - Over a wired (ethernet) connection, please report the '&lt;STRONG&gt;ADDITIONAL DIAGNOSTICS&lt;/STRONG&gt;', and sight of the &lt;STRONG&gt;HELP DESK&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab from your Hub would be a start.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It may also be a good idea to report the results of a Quiet Line Test - dial 17070 option 2 from a (preferably corded) phone. After the confirmation of your phone number, there should be total silence apart from the regular 'Quiet Line Test' announcement. Any other noise - report a PHONE fault first.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Went in to the router today and noticed that if i'm on 2.4ghz my speeds are lower then 5ghz setting which are full on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Only trouble is Sky Q box does not take the 5ghz&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyway i can change things around so that i can put certain ones on 2.4ghz and others on 5.0&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have finally solved the issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've gone in to my computer and changed the Wifi band to 5GHZ and got full speeds going&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Kept the Router both at 2.4 and 5ghz and everything seems to have been solved&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
