topic Experiencing lagging in Full Fibre

Hi all. I changed to plus net about 3 weeks ago from talktalk and since changing over gaming is very frustrating as I'm getting a lot of lag and I can't figure out why. I have a ps4 in my bedroom and an xbox one in the living room which are both wireless. New router is set up in the same place as the old one was also. When I was using talktalk I was getting around 10-30 ping whilst playing apex legends on the ps4 and now it's always 70+ and the xbox is virtually impossible for my son to play as it freezes every few minutes. Any idea what I should look at? Many thanks

Hi @Chunkymunky1988

I'm really sorry to see you're getting a lot of lag while gaming.

I've tested your line today and the tests aren't showing any issues from what I can see.

Are you able to connect a device into the router directly using an ethernet cable, just to compare?
