Upload Speed Very Slow

Hello.

My upload speed is averaging around 0.5 Mbps. I had this issue before and it was fixed but it has returned.

Hey @jay112112,

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having issues with the upload speeds. I've tested the line and everything seems to be running fine and as we'd expect, though the upload speed is coming in at an upstream sync rate of 0.8Mbps. Have there been any other issues with the service at all, or does it seem to be solely the upload speeds that are a problem for you?

Hiya @jay112112, thanks for getting back to us and confirming. I am really sorry for the problems with the upload and issues this causes.

Having tested the line it does look like the upload profile is banded so have sent off the request to have this lifted, to see if this resolves the issue as testing isn't detecting any faults at present. This should be actioned within the next 72 hours.
