Openreach cancelled order 😡😡

So, having waited over a week and router delivered yesterday I'm now told that my order has been cancelled by openreach 😡😡 where do I go now for any type of broadband?

I'm due to move in next week so a quick solution of some sort would be appreciated 😬

Or am I destined to tether for ever?

What was your order for were you taking over an existing broadband or upgrading to fibre

My friends order to upgrade from EE normal/basic broadband to FFRC was cancelled 3 times by Openreach with no explanation why

Each time the order went through with no problem

After much trouble she was told the order had been cancelled because there was room left in the cabinet for a fibre connection

Don't think OR talk to suppliers

I would ask PN why your order has been cancelled by OR

I'm in the process of moving house, so I just went through uswitch or similar to find a suitable provider at this new address.

According to plusnet, they have been told that theres no room at the cabinet 😡😡

It doesnt have to be fibre, just a reasonably fast broadband would be good enough for my needs but not sure the best way to go about sorting this out now.

Seriously peeved

Ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and talk to them.

It is worth checking https://www.openreach.com/
To see if FTTP or G.Fast (called ultrafast) are available.
Sadly Plusnet do not offer FTTP but other providers like BT and Sky so.
If FTTP is available you can buy lower speed packages like 40/10 & 80/20.

Has the present owner got basic broadband if so just have that transferred to your name and wait for fibre to be available

The big problem is fibre is being pushed in a big way and as more people are working from home and transferring to fibre the slots are being filled

Thanks everyone, have just spoken to plusnet and changed over to broadband 😔😬

As long as I have a half decent connection I'll be happy.
