&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to see you're having wireless issues.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can see both the&amp;nbsp;dual band wireless frequencies (2.4GHz and 5GHz) are merged into a single network name, so&amp;nbsp;I'd firstly recommend splitting them into separate network names going through the steps explained&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Router/2-4ghz-and-or-5ghz-best-practice/m-p/1543424/highlight/true#M6581" target="_self"&gt;Here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have issues with carrying out those steps, I'll be happy to carry out the changes on your behalf.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Wifi problem - Connected but no internet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had this issue for a number of years now and I am getting pretty fed up with it, so I am wondering if anybody else here has had the same problem or knows of a solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every few hours my phones/tablets will encounter a problem with the wifi where it says&lt;STRONG&gt; "connected but no internet".&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My roku tv, laptops and wired computers do not encounter this problem, only wifi phone/tablets, which is a bit strange.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to troubleshoot this in the past and use the dual band functionality etc.. but couldn't find what the problem was. I even got a new router from plustnet, which didn't fix it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
