DLM not resetting line stuck on 55000/15000 profile

As per the topic a few weeks ago my line kept dropping a few times (maybe work on box was going on I'm not sure?) Since then my line has been permanently stuck on 55000/15000 max , Please see screenshot.

The way I thought DLM worked now is it would auto start climbing back up after 10 days but this has not happened, As you can see my SNR is fine and before this, I had 12 mbit more download and a few mbit more upload.

What's the best way for me to get this sorted ?

I have tested the line and this is banded so have sent off a request to have this lifted for you. This should happen within the next 72 hours. I'm sorry for the disruption caused in the meantime.

Just to ask when the banding is removed will I need to reset the connection myself it will it reset itself?
