&lt;P&gt;Having had a check of your router, it looks like the wireless bands are currently sync. A factory reset would could this to happen, would you like me to separate these again for you (it will just cause a brief wireless drop)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good evening,&lt;BR /&gt;This evening my internet began to drop and slow while playing the Ps5 so I restarted the box, I now can’t find the 5ghz option and the 2.4 is telling me I have the wrong password. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The account name is &lt;FONT color="green"&gt;[Removed]&lt;/FONT&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any feed back on this would be appreciated. &lt;BR /&gt;Im not sure why this hs happened, the box and test always say that it has speed but when trying to connect the devices haven’t worked correctly since moving from sky. But now it’s just completely vanished&lt;/P&gt;
