      <title>Disconnected After Renewing</title>

      <description>Hello Everyone,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I renewed my contract on Thursday to Unlimited Fibre Extra. Ever since waking up on Friday I have no connection to the internet. I’ve tried setting up the router as if it’s new, it just doesn’t connect after inputting all of my various router details in.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please advise and thanks in advance,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Richard.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you remove the DSL cable before entering your Plusnet credentials remembering to add&amp;nbsp;@plusdsl.net to your user name? Not forgetting to plug the DSL cable back after and selecting Connect if necessary?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so then report a fault at &lt;A href="https://faults.plus.net" target="_blank"&gt;https://faults.plus.net&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
