Contract renewal.

Hello.

My contract does not end until 28^th Feb 2022.

I was emailed a deal offer today (14/12/2021) but if I sign up it starts today and not at the end of my contract.

Will I still be offered the same price of £22.99 for unlimited fibre and line rental for another 18 months if I sign up near the time of my contract end?

If you accept the upgrade offer now it should start on your next billing date and not invoke any cancellation charges.

There will be no guarantee that the deal will be available next year.

so they are forcing me to take the deal now.

If i do i will lose the last 3 months at the lower rate,

No one is forcing you to do anything.

Come next year you may be able to negotiate a better deal. I was just pointing out that this particular offer might not be available next year.

What I do is leave it until the last month. I then look up competitors offers, ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and haggle.

The choice is yours.
