&lt;P&gt;I've updated the speed profile to 62mbps to reflect the current IP profile of your line.&amp;nbsp;Can you disconnect &amp;amp; reconnect the PPP session within your router's settings (or do a single reboot of the router) for the new profile to take effect?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've also tested your line and the tests are showing a fault "Impairment in copper joint detected most likely in local network" we'd need to arrange an engineer visit to resolve which may or may not be related to the work they're doing.&lt;/P&gt;
