      <description>My wifi went out earlier today and the hun just continues to display a red light with the broadband icon and flashes blue then repeats the process, this is the second time now in the past couple of months, thought plusnet was meant to have good service</description>

Not much to go on there &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;. Your broadband appears to have a problem. First things I would suggest - try resetting your Hub (hold the on/off switch in for at least 30 seconds), and check for any noise on your land-line - dial 17070, select option 2. After confirmation of your phone number, there should be no sound apart from the regular 'Quiet Line Test' announcement - if there is, report a phone fault first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>There’s just the usual blank dial tone when I pick it up, other than that no change to the hub, the broadband sign just keeps disappearing every now and then as well</description>
