      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would a kind Plusnet staffer reset my line please? It looks like the line's been banded due to noise on the line a month or so ago. The offending noise has been taken care of, but speed hasn't fully recovered.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
