      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to VPN to work using PPTP (1732) or SSL VPN (4433).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried turning on Port Clamping and I've set the firewall &amp;gt; Config to Disabled (Temporarily) to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Event logs show:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IN: BLOCK [4] Illegal packet options (TCP [IP OF VPN SERVER]: 1723 -&amp;gt; [MyWANIP]: 50635 on op ppp3.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear this has happened. Is this a recent development, or have you only just recently started to work from home on our network? Do you have any additional 3rd party equipment currently included in your home network setup?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for confirming this. It may be worth carrying out a factory reset of the router to see if this makes any difference. Other than this, I'd recommend getting in touch with your company's IT team to see if they're aware of any similar issues affecting others.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
