INCREDIBLY unstable connection and speeds

I can’t live with this internet. Despite of supposed speeds of up to 60-70mbs, I can barely pull 5mbs. As I write this, I’m currently sitting at roughly 500kbps a second and I don’t understand. My receive and send speeds are all over the place and the Wi-Fi is borderline unusable. If anyone has any suggestions, please help!!!!!!!!

Thanks a lot for reaching out and I'm really sorry to hear that you're having problems with your broadband service. Sounds like a fault on the line to be honest but it needs testing before I can provide any definitive answers.

I've not been able to find your Plusnet account through your Community Profile details, can you please send me a Private Message with your account username?

If you don't send a Private Message you are relying on a Plusnet Staffer to come along and pick this up again.

If that has not yet happened then do this:

Click on @adam945 in the left hand pane of his message. On the right hand side you will see a Contact Me tab. Select this and enter your username and refer to your post on the Fibre board.

Your message will then get put in a priority pool visible to all the Plusnet staffers who work on this forum. One of these will then pick it up for action.
