Lost connection tonight

Tonight at around 11pm I lost connection, the router is showing me an error of

ppp0 timeout waiting for PADO packets

I turned off the router for 15 min, but on restart the same error has returned

The support bot says the line is OK and the connection details have been re-entered, but still ofline at this time. (just gone midnight)

I lost connection too. Tried turning off and on and reset but the light stays orange ie fault.
I have started the report problem via text. ie text help your landline to plusnet ,then they test your line. if no fault with line they get someone to call you from 8am to 7pm

Looks like the issue fixed itself around 5 am

@shez1974 I'm sorry to hear that you're still having problems with your service. I've run a test on it this morning which shows it's being affected by a Major Service Outage. Openreach are aware of it and have raised an incident which they're hoping to get resolved today.
