@conorr1888 Highly unlikely to be a major issue, otherwise yo would see lots of posts along the same lines. 😉

When you say 'it's stopped working' what exactly do you mean?

Yeh mines went down before 7pm still waiting for it to get fixed, logged a ticket says problem not to do with my bit so engineer need to check.

@stevenh78 Not necessarily the same issue though - PN have a lot of customers all over the country, and faults can develop anywhere.

@conorr1888 'Went down' - in what way? What colour lights are on your Hub? Are you back up?

They resolved the issue around midnight and was able to connect again.

May have been authentication server or backbone issue as DSL had been up but just timing out when it was trying to get the internet link.
