&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to see you're having issues with your wireless connection.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I can see we've booked an engineer from Qube (working on behalf of BT) between 8am and 10am on Wednesday to help.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Let us know how it goes once they've been.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Connection constantly dropping or no internet</title>

      <description>Connection to router is constantly dropping across all devices even with a booster, sometimes it tells me suddenly that the password is wrong (it’s definitely not) then later on it’s suddenly correct again.&lt;BR /&gt;If it’s not dropping connection to router then there’s no internet connection.&lt;BR /&gt;Rang multiple times and had the lines reset but they can never see a fault. Had the line split to normal and 5ghz, and it will alternate which line has no connection (within minutes of each other)&lt;BR /&gt;This is happening on nearly a daily basis now, driving me mad!</description>
