Hi @no9leighton, thanks for getting in touch and welcome to our Community Forums.
I can confirm having checked over your connection from this side we aren't detecting any underlying issues or errors that's behind the buffering you've been seeing. I can confirm our router isn't one which supports mesh networks or being set up in bridge mode and I beleive could be behind some of the issues you've been seeing. There's certainly stories of other having set similar mesh networks up on our forum however this isn't something we offer support on I'm afraid.

I'd suggest then the next time you notice the buffering occur to try a wired connection and see if the issue is apparent there also. If not then we can be fairly sure this is wireless/mesh related.

I have Plusnet Unlimited Fibre Extra and its constantly buffering on all devices (TV,s phones, cameras) - this seems to be getting worse. I am using eero Wi-Fi mesh and that shows all fine, and download tests show 70Mbps, but yet we have loads of buffering.

Any idea's - didn't have the same issues with BT before plus net.

Just to add I am using the Plusnet router with WiFi disabled, then the mesh connected to the router.
