No internet but plusnet hub blue

Internet is down across the house but plusnet hub has blue light. Have logged into the router and it isn't saying there are any connection issues with the Internet. What now?

Suddenly no internet hub 1.

my internet/wifi connection has stopped all of a sudden. it tells me I'm "connected without internet."
the box itself is still blue "everything is ok" light. I've tried restarting it and my phone, as well as unplugging and unwiring it however it hasn't appeared to have mafe any difference. its 2am right now so I'm going to sleep and hope the problem is only temporary. however if not I'd appreciate some help from you guys. thx

I have the same here in Wolverhampton. Blue light on hub but cannot connect to WiFi.

Same here in Gloucester. I have looked around on the Internet on my phone and it looks like its plusnet problem across the network. All reporting the same thing blue light but no internet.

Same in Bristol. Funny how the plus net service status page reports it all green and working fine 🙃

Same issue in Brighton. Using my own router which says fibre connection is working but connection isn't reaching the Internet

Newport - South Wales also off. From looking at down detector would appear issues started around 1am this morning.

Same here in Brechin, Scotland, dropped around 12:35am and still down this morning. Connected, no internet.

Same issue this morning in Stonehaven using my own router

Said connected but couldn't reach any website or ping google

Contacted PlusNet via their support text system but no reply yet
