Internet was working fine and then all of a sudden I got a solid orange light on my Hub One router and a red b symbol below. I’ve tried everything in the book to fix it, restart, reset, reconnect using my username and password, and it just kept saying it can’t connect. Tried a test socket as well and same thing happens there so I know there’s no fault with my buildings wiring. Don’t know what else to do.

the red b suggests the router can't detect a broadband signal on your line.
raise a fault at https://faults.plus.net
