    <description>if you have data on your phone you should be able to log a fault at &lt;A href="https://faults.plus.net" target="_blank"&gt;https://faults.plus.net&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The red B normally means loss of broadband signal.</description>

      <title>Orange light and flashing red B on router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We've had our router for around a year now but late last night it turned orange and started flashing a red 'b'. We've restarted it, factory reset it, replugged it in, tried the phone line (which works fine) but don't know what else to do. The phone lines and online chat aren't open for a while yet so if anyone can help, that would be appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We called up on Wednesday and got through to one of the Plusnet team on the phone. They said that it'd take 72 hours to look into it and fix it and that they'd call us back to tell us how it's going. We've been without internet for 4 days now and still haven't heard anything back! Can anyone from Plusnet help us out please?&lt;/P&gt;
