Internet Down - Orange flashing light on router

Hi,

As of approximately 8pm May 23rd our internet went down.

The router has an orange flashing light on.

I have tried restarting, turning on and off, replaced the filter.

There are no other phones or anything else connected to the line.

Please help!!

May 25th, still no internet.

I have tried another router and it identified the line as VDSL, but no connection.

Also, no response from Plusnet - could someone please take a look and see what is happening?

Sorry to hear about that.

I have tested your line and there is no fault but we can see that router is out of sync. Can you please double check if you will have exactly same problem when router will be connected to test socket after removing face plate?

Unfortunately, that did not fix it - it's still flashing orange.
