Can someone please advise if there was an issue last night (13th October 2026) as my internet went off at 01:30 and again at 03:30am?

I have FTTP installed and was wondering if scheduled maintenance was planned last night and whether or not this is a regular occurrence?

Thanks

There was a scheduled 'full outage' maintenance incident from 23.05 11/10/26 to 05.00 12/10/26. Probably the cause.

Sometimes when the various checkers, such as Zen, aren't showing anything yet because the websites haven't caught up with current events such as an unplanned outage, it is worth asking an A.I. such as Grok to scan social media regarding current broadband problems in and around a particular area, as affected users will often tweet or post, for example "my broadband is down in Brynmawr is it just me ?". Grok is particularly good at scanning 'X', and it will give you a considered response on the current situation, and often additional information such as whether an upstream exchange has some issue which might be affecting your area.

I had the same issue overnight and interestingly almost the same times. I had FTTP installed on 24th September and it's been up continuously until today. According to the router log it went down at 1.28am and returned at 1.40am. Then down at 3.31am until 3.37am.

(My desktop computer is on 24/7 so when I saw the router's web page on my browser this morning I knew it must have disconnected overnight.)
