topic Static IP in Full Fibre

I recently moved (ok not that recently now, it was back in Feb). As a condition of my renewal, I insisted on keeping my static IP and it was agreed to re-establish my static IP profile on my account. I have finally got round to setting up my new nextcloud server and I look at my connection now and I am currently sitting on a dynamic profile (.dyn.plus.net). Could a staff member please flag this to re-apply the grandfathered static IP component to my username profile?"

Probably better to call support. Make clear that you had this feature and it was lost on a house move / product change. This is a known problem. So long as it is the same account the fix is easy; the IP component needs to be refreshed.

Few Plusnet staff lurk here these days.
