      <title>No option to order new router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I requested an upgrade to full fibre, and on the confirmation email it says:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"&lt;SPAN&gt;If you've ordered a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="il"&gt;Plusnet&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;router, this will arrive before your activation date. Please refer to the guide inside the box for setup instructions."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unless i completely missed it during the upgrade request process, there was no place to request a new router, are they sent out automatically? or do i have to request one separately?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The Hub supplied with Full Fibre is the Hub two.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you already have a Hub two with your current product? If yes, that might explain why you were not offered a new Hub.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
