They are taken from a 'local' pool so the chances are you will end up with the same one even if your router reboots. If you want/need a new one, the best chance is by leaving the router off overnight, but even that doesn't guarantee a new one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Exactly! &lt;BR /&gt;Reason being one website that lets users upload and download android keybox uses throttling using IP and it keeps saying I downloaded enough even though I not downloaded anything same message for few day's.</description>
