    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi was on the 500 package for about 2 years with not a single issue. I recently upgraded to the 900 package and have has nothing but issues. Connection drops all the time and now my connection speed is at about 5Mbps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've contact CS twice and haven't really received a resolution to my issue. Any chance someone can pick this up for me and see it through?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to keep this thread updated, and in an effort to not waste PN community resources, I now have an engineer visit booked. I'll update if/when the issue is resolved.&lt;/P&gt;
