topic DLM Reset in Full Fibre

Hello

I have had Plusnet FTTC for a while after switching from TalkTalk and the speed had always remained stable until a few days ago, the hub suddenly turned orange and went on a loop of resetting every few minutes for a couple of hours. The diagnostic bot found a fault with the line but when I tried calling I couldn’t get through to anyone. Is it possible to have the DLM reset as the speed has now plummeted down to less than half what I was getting previously and most services like Netflix are now unusable due to constant buffering

Thanks

You clearly have a fault-use the bot to report it: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a- problem/

A DLM reset without a fault resolution is pointless.
