Have you changed the firewall settings in the Plusnet user portal?

Has your account gone in to failed billing?

Log into the user portal and look here - https://www.plus.net/member-centre/broadband/firewall

I'm leaving Plusnet on the 12th and all of a sudden port 80 and 443 can't be forwarded. Nothing I do can get them open. Checked and tried everything. They have been working flawlessly for months, then today they have stopped.

I hadn't. It just stopped working. Hadn't logged into the firewall in ages as it had been working great. Browsing the internet still works. Just put 80 and 443 are being blocked from the isp it looks like. 4 days left till I swap to a different isp. Guessing it's just really bad Plusnet service turning features off before they should. Did a factory reset this morning and readded the rules and still doesn't work.

The don’t turn services off in the manner you described. If you’ve fallen into failed billing, then there’s a possibility that the ISP side firewall has kicked in.

Try this to see if the port is open but not responding or is indeed closed.
