I use a TP-Link AX53, my first thought is your testing device has connected to 2.4Ghz rather than 5Ghz signal.

In network map check the client listing to see which signal

EDIT Or use the Tether App which also gives the answer

QOS is enabled using the tether app found under 'More'

I also need to read posts correctly, you're wired

Hi, I just had fiber installed yesterday, and I want to use my router. When I plug the Ethernet cable into my router, I am only getting speeds of 60 Mbps whereas I get 300 Mbps with the Plusnet router. My router is a TP-Link AX73, and from what I have read, it should work. What am I not doing correctly?

are your tests done using a wired connection ?

have you got QoS configured on the AX73 ? and if so have you changed the bandwidth setting to allow for your new Fibre speeds ?
