hi,

i'm currently on plusnet's fibre package and considering upgrading to full fibre. The option to switch to full fibre is available when i login to my plusnet account. I live in an apartment on the fourth floor of a building constructed in 2006. Do you reckon there'd be any show stoppers in FF installation?

thanks

Use the following to see what it says.

https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL

Full FIbre shows up as WBC FTTP If there, what does it say to the right - Available, One Stage or KCI2

Below the results window there will be a narrative on the FTTP install. What does this say?

Thanks for the results.

The key line is the first sentence of narrative after the results window. It states it is a MDU (multi dwelling unit) with no anticipated issues.

So OR know it's a block of flats. As ever with installs, you would only find out on the day if there are any problems.
