Yes, it seems to be that which is the cause of the problems.. I'm guessing something failed at about half five before they chance to replace it (or someone misread PM and AM?) hopefully I should be back tomorrow morning thanks!

Service Status Page?

I'm back at my mums, where we have had nothing but trouble with PN since I talked her into singing up for FTTP based on my rock solid FTTC service.

We have been told by support that Open Reach are having issues from Chesterfield (where she is) as far north as York. Is there a service status page anywhere where I can monitor the incident? I know they used to provide one back in the day!

Cheers

Try the Zen broadband status page - input your area code and it will show Openreach issues and upcoming work for that area code.

Edit: It looks as if there was an outage affecting Chesterfield between 11pm last night and 5am this morning.

OK - looks like they're 'fiddling' with it - my recent views of that, and the current, do not show current faults under a 'BT' code as it used to.
