Hi @presterjohn, I did have a look into your account and it seems you did call us yesterday and get this sorted. Looks like your account randomly got disabled but we re-activated it for you.

Apologies for the inconvenience. From what i can see there should've been no reason for your account to be disabled so its definitely a strange one.

I should've deleted my post after i called, sorry!

It's really odd - the exact same thing happened when I renewed my contract a few years ago.
