      <title>WiFi connection dropping after Full Fibre installation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since Full Fibre installation two weeks ago my mobile phone and lap top keep dropping connection. We had no problems before the installation.&amp;nbsp; Have tried Router reboot and reconnection button on router but without success. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You have around 9 devices connected two being ethernet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can see some of the devices dropping and reconnecting mainly on the 2.4GHz signal, the device with IP Address 192.168.1.184 being the one with the most drops, followed by&amp;nbsp;DESKTOP-EDFAT2R.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It could be the wireless signal in the position you are using the devices wireless spectrum is a bit congested, so a change of channel might help&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the Hub navigate from the Home page to Advanced settings &amp;gt;Wireless&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Click on the box which says Smart (Channel&amp;nbsp; ) and change to Channel 11 to see if that improves the situation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If is possible to force a Windows PC to prefer a to use either 2.4 or 5GHz&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The setting is found using these keys Windows key +X then M&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Select &amp;gt;Network adapters &amp;gt;Wireless device&lt;/P&gt;
