      <title>How long does it take to get the router included with my upgraded package?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Full Fibre install is a week from today and I still haven't received the Hub 2 that is included. Does in usually arrive just at the last minute? I don't want to be left without internet, or even a way to check that everything is working while Openreach is still here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's OK then, I'll stop worrying.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Officially, I have a Hub 1 I think, at least according to some notes I found. It's in a box in the loft somewhere.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My actual router is now a Mikrotik RB5009UPr+S+IN, which replaced an RB3011 a few days ago. I don't expect it will be a problem, but if there is an issue with the install it's simpler if I can say I'm using the official router for testing.&lt;/P&gt;

As &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/18089"&gt;@jab1&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; has already mentioned, our routers are sent via royal mail with tracking so keep an eye on your emails as we will send you the tracking ref once the router has been dispatched.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Ultimately your Hub 1 would work with the full fibre network anyways but i just wanted to make sure you received your fresh equipment prior to your install date.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'm getting all excited now... been waiting for fibre to arrive here for years. There's been a rush of activity from a competitor here recently, running around installing fibre and knocking on doors. I told them to go away; repeatedly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then, not long ago, I spotted Openreach down the road with a roll of fibre, so I knew it wouldn't be far off. &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;From my experience, posting the router is triggered by Openreach accepting the order and confirming the appointment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My router not appearing (it was then manually sent as yours) was the main clue that Openreach would not be coming to do the installation but they had not bothered to tell anyone - me or Plusnet !&lt;/P&gt;</description>
