Slow Speed Full Fiber 500

hello, just week ago i got new full fiber 500 has been installed, but i never get 500mb and speed is not stable it keep drropping sometime is drop to 2mb and sometime reach to 270mb and the LAN light on the ONT box is keep flashing green, i think that supposed to be soild green but its blinking , i changed few ethernet cables and reset router but nothing is changing

@Jass Are you using this wired or wireless? The LAN light will flicker/flash when data is being sent/received.

Wired using ethernet cable

In that case, I'll leave this to someone with more knowledge/experience. Full Fibre usually works - or doesn't.

@Jass can you try a speedtest from here https://www.speedtest.net/ please ? its usually more consistent on higher speed connections than the BTwholesale one
