However, we are struggling with very slow speeds. Our house has 2 floors and our offices are not directly near where the fibre socket was installed, so we get about 3-9 Mpbs download speeds and the signal is weak in my office.</P><P>How can we boost the performance? Can you take a laptop to as close as possible to the Hub/router as possible, and see what speeds you get on that?
