Apart from running a second account for the full fibre you'll lose your copper landline on the upgrade.

As stated if you need a phone you need to use VOIP.

You have two choices - move to an ISP who offer both a phone (VOIP) and internet service or stay with PN and port your number to an independant VOIP provider.

I was thinking about upgrading to a full fibre plan but I wanted to also keep my landlines. Is there anyway that I can go about doing this since I've heard that plusnet doesn't offer this service (correct me if im wrong)

@faruk786 The way to keep your 'landline' number in this situation is to port the number to a VOIP provider - within 30 days of your FF going live - have a look on the Home Phone board for plenty of guidance.
